Another new addition!

Well we decided that having a guard dog wouldn't be such a bad idea, so...
this is Diesel.

Ebony is still a little unsure of this "new" dog thing. She thought she was pretty tuff until Diesel took one swat at her and then she realized she wasn't as big as she thought.

Hopefully they will become friends real soon, cause we don't want Eb to become a snack. That just wouldn't be good.

Here's an idea of what he will look like when he is full grown. Now that's a dog I wouldn't want mad at me!!

The Air Show!!

So today we went to out first air show at Nellis Air Force Base with our friends Kim and Bryan and Seth's sister Lindsey. It was so much fun. Watching the jets do their crazy tricks was awesome. I definitely found myself thinking about my dad a lot today, not only will it be 11 months tomorow since he died, I just know this would have been something he'd have fun doing, and would of been full of knowledge about the different jets. He was really missed today. Anyway, on a lighter note. Here's a little clip of some of the stuff we saw... (it's not the best, but you get the idea)

This was a HUGE cargo plane we were able to walk through. Way cool.

These are the thunderbirds in their famous "diamond" formation.

Me and my babies. (well, most of them anyway :))

Seth's sister Lindsey and her baby Koby in front of a Stealth (sp?) jet.

Ryan and her buddy Bryan (say that fast 3 times)

We just might have start a family tradition of going to the Air Show every year. It was fun.

It's pumpkin time!

So Halloween is in 2 days, so we thought we better carve our pumpkins. We bought an electic carver this year and I must say...loved it!! Unfortunatly, my stupid pumpkin's face fell off. I was so mad. All that hard work for nothin. We tried to jimmy rig it with some corn stabber things, but I don't think it works all that great. Oh well, all in all we had a good time.

Pre-school Halloween Party!

Ethan had his Halloween party for his little pre-school. He dressed up as an adorable little pirate. He had a great time playing some carnival games and hanging out with some of his friends. He won a little goldfish is the fishing game and decided to name it Harry Potter but wants to call it "Harry" for short. It was a fun day.

Ryan's new haircut

Well, we decided to chop off Ryan's hair. I think it turned out very cute. It is definately the shortest it has ever been. No more pony tails. She likes though, so I'm happy.

6 months already!

It is crazy to think my little baby is already 6 months old. She sure has been her own little person. Reese will not take a binky, unlike my other 2 who loved binkys, she won't stay in her saucer for more than 10 minutes, unlike my other 2, and still continues to wake up in the night. But that is okay. She is so adorable and I wouldn't have it any other way. We waited a long time for my little Reese. Those big eyes and huge smile make up for all the sleepless nights. Happy 6 monther. We love you!

I'm Mr. Underwear!!

So Ethan made me laugh once again. I was downstairs watching T.V, and he comes down with his underwear on his head. So, I ask him what's up with the underwear and he says that he needed to wear it as his hat because he was "Mr. Underwear". I guess I need to be a little more discreet when I am playing Mrs. Underwear. Those kids will catch on to anything! :)

The Pumkin Patch

Well once again we made it to Gilcrease Orchard to do some pumpkin picking. We went with our friends Brian and Melissa. Althought the pumpkins weren't very big, we had a good time.

BOO!

It's so funny because any time Reese gets scared she gets the biggest frown on her face. Our friend tried to snap of picture of it, but was only able to get the tail end, then, she decided to scream. Poor thing. It was kind of funny though.

Wedding Day Weekend

My adorable brother Bill got married this weekend so I made a quick trip up to Utah. It was fast but worth it. Sadly, I didn't get any pictures of them with my camera because I was video taping but a second suprise that no one was expecting was Orem cemetary put my dad's headstone in. It couldn't of happened on a better weekend. It looked so good. I was so glad I was there to be a part of all the excitement. I love and miss you Dad.

Gosh, Now I've been tagged!

Okay here we go...

1.What is your funniest/ most embarrassing childhood memory? Gosh, these questions start off hard. Thanks Lisa. Um, I guess... ok, 86 the childhood part, we're going more recent. When I was about 7 months prego with baby #3, I was at church with my 2 kids. Sacrament meeting had just got over, I was in a short jean skirt and my kids and I were standing up to go to classes. I tried to fix my kids collar or something and leaned over but lost my balance and down I went. It was horrible. I was trying to keep my legs together so you couldn't see up my skirt, and I just remember thinking how the heck am I going to get up. (remember my husband wasn't there to help me) Needless to say some nice friend of ours came and helped me up. I was laughing my head off. It sucked. So there you go.

2. What dessert just makes you feel happy? On this one I would have to say the Blondie at Applebee's. That thing just makes you smile. For those who haven't tried it, I strongly recommend!

3. Which of your children is most like you and why? I would say Ryan is more like me. Ethan likes run and be crazy, never sitting still. Ryan likes to read and watch movies and just take things easy. Just like her mom. :)

4. What would be your "dream job" and why? My dream job is no job. I just want to have money and not have to work for it. So far it hasn't been working out.

5. What color best matches your personality? I'd have to go with yellow. I think yellow is happy and fun. I'm fun...right?

Now I tag Kim, Stacey, Andrea. Good Luck girls!

Oh, the days of Summer

As your about to see, our summer kept us pretty busy here are a few of some of the things that took place...

These next couple photos, were suppose to be at the end, but I simply just couldn't get them there. Sorry. I threw them in, only because I thought they were cute.

Ryan and Ethan looked adorable on Pioneer Day.

Ryan 1st day of the 1st grade .

Mommy and Reese

I think they like each other.

What else could we do this summer?

We took the kids to a place called Bonnie Springs. It's kind of a fun place to hang out for a day.

We bought a boat and went to the lake often. Here are some of the boys.

We went camping a few times too. It was fun but the nights got cold. I hate that.

My baby with her boyfriend Dax. It's prearranged they just don't know it yet! :)

Nothin like roasted marshmallows.

My kids are so excited to go camping again. They thought the fire was awesome.

some of the girls

My friend Kim and yep, thats my baby. Don't worry mom it only happend once. :) She hated it.

My kids favorite part...the tube.

Ryan turns 6!

For Ryan's birthday, we took her to a place called Pump It Up. It's a private indoor, inflateable party room. With close to 20 of her friends, she had a great 6th birthday.

Can you believe I have a 6 year old. Now thats crazy.
